Jack (only recently!) went to York University and has now relocated back to the city so is relatively local. His latest novel, The Haunting of Old Splinter, is another stand-alone spooky affair aimed at readers age 9+ publishing in September. Jack is an absolute natural at events and this creepy/scary genre is hugely popular with this age group. Jack has also absolutely nailed being scary enough while still being age-appropriate too.
